The timetable viewer gives you the ability to quickly check the arrival and departure times of a train. You can call up the Timetable Viewer by pressing F12 on your keyboard. If you press F12 again, the window will be hidden. Note that this tool is NOT your replacement of the printed timetable and is intended to be used incidentally. It is especially handy if you have created a train yourself and assigned an extra timetable to it.

At the top of the table you can see some generic data of the train. The Start NX and End NX indicate reference points for you within your area of responsibility. These are not the real origin or destinations of trains. If the Train ID box stays yellow, the train does not exist in the timetable.

You will notice that there are two types of trains.

===Viewing trains that are currently in your area of responsibility===
If you enter in a number at the Train ID box, it will show up immediately. The background of the entry box will be green. Any visited platforms are with a green background. The actual time of arrival and departure is shown in the columns Arr(A) and Dep(A). The actual delay at that location will be shown in the “Delay” column.

Unvisited platforms are shown with a light yellow background. As there are no actual times, the positions are marked with a dot as to indicate that they are “intentionally left blank”.
