Bei alle SpDrS 60 Stellwerken sind sicherheitsrelevante Bedienhandlungen zählpflichtig. Das bedeutet wenn diese Bedienhandlung ausgeführt wird, wird dies aufgezeichnet und der Fahrdienstleiter muss den Grund für diese Handlung dokumentieren. Dies kann einerseits über sogenannte Einzel- und Gesamtzählwerke gelöst sein (dann muss der Fdl den Zählerstand mit der Begründung in den Nachweis der Zählwerke eintragen) oder aber über einen Störungsdrucker.

Additionally, a list of short codes of the controlled areas, applicable for the specific signal box, is provided. It is important to note that these abbreviations do not match the offical short codes.  
Außerdem, je nach Stellwerk sind dort auch die Kürzel der Stellbereiche angegeben.
Hierbei gilt zu beachten das diese Abkürzung nichts mit den eigentllichen Betriebsstellenabkürzungen zu tun haben.


So bedeutet etwa auf dem Drucker des Stw Kf in Köln:

KK(O) = Köln Ostseite
KK (O) = Cologne East side
KK(W) = Köln Westseite usw.
KK (W) = Cologne West side etc.


Unten rechts neben dem Schreibstreifen gibt es dann noch die Vorschubtaste, weil man ja handschriftlich die jeweiligen Ausdrucke ergänzen muss um die Handlung zu begründen.

Hinter den Codenummern sind jeweils die Abkürzungen der [[Gruppentasten]] angegeben für welche sie gelten.

Anhand des Druckers vom Stellwerk Bonn Hbf habe ich mal 3 Beispiele erzeugt.
 
1. Wir nehmen an das wir die Ausfahrt von Gleis 403 in Bonn Richtung Bad-Godesberg bereits eingestellt haben, und die Bü's geschlossen sind. Kurz nach der planmässigen Abfahrtszeit meldet sich der Triebfahrzeugführer vom Bahnsteig und sagt das er einen Schaden an der Lok hat, und erstmal nicht weiterfahren kann. Nun muss folgendes passieren:
*Ausfahrsignal N403 auf Halt zurückstellen
** HaGT + ST N403 bedienen
*** Die HaGT-Bedienung ist nicht zählpflichtig und wird daher nicht gedruckt
*Fahrstraßen von 403 nach 903 auflösen
**Da der Tf sich ja selber gemeldet hat wird er wohl nicht mehr fahren, weshalb keine Gefahr besteht und die Fahrstraße aufgelöst werden kann.
**Weil das ASig bereits einen Fahrtbegriff zeigte, kann eine Fahrstraßenrücknhame nicht möglich sein, also muss die Fahrstraße Hilfsaufgelöst werden.
** FHT + ST N403 + ST 903 bedienen.
*** Die Fahrstraße wird aufgelöst und die FHT-Bedienung gedruckt
 
Normalerweise muss jede zählpflichtige Bedienhandlung '''sofort''' dokumentiert werden, aber da hier ja noch 2 Bahnübergänge gesichert sind, und der Autoverkehr gerne wieder fahren möchte ist die Auflösung der Fahrstraße noch nicht vollständig:
 
*Die beiden BÜ müssen Hilfsweise Ausgeschaltet werden.
**HAT + BüT 012 sowie HAT + BüT 022 bedienen.
***Die Bahnübergänge öffnen und die beiden HAT bedienungen werden gedruckt.
 
Nun ist die Rücknahme der Ausfahrt vollständig und wir können unsere zählpflichtigen Handlungen auf dem Drucker dokumentieren. Dazu drücken wir die Vorschubtaste um '''über''' den ausgedruckten Zeilen Platz für unsere Dokumentation zu schaffen.
 
Diese beinhaltet mindestens:
*Datum und Uhrzeit
*Grund für die Bedienhandlung sowei
*Handzeichen des Fdl
 
Das ganze sieht dann so aus:

In all SpDrS 60 signal boxes safety-related actions of the dispatcher must be logged. That means that if such action is executed, it will be recorded and the dispatcher must write down the reason for this action. Recording such actions can be done by means of dedicated or common counters (here the dispatcher writes down the counter's value and the reason in a log book) or by using an auxiliary log printer.

The big signal boxes always have an auxiliary log printer available, a set of counters for each control area (station) would give a confusing overview on the panel.

In case an auxiliary log printer is available at the signal box, all safety related actions are printed, and the dispatcher notes down the reason on the print out. The dedicated counters for the group buttons will not be present on the panel in this situation. (currently still present in the simulation).
